Day 86 - TACO Night!

August 9 - Dalton, MA to Wilbur Clearing Shelter - 20.5 miles

Summited Greylock Mountain today (3,491 feet) or first big climb since the Priest. It actually felt good to be climbing again. Good thing the notorious 'Whites' are coming up in less than two weeks.

After 85 days on the trail we (the three of us) decided to get even more creative with dinner and do a TACO night. I'm talking legit tacos. Mexican shredded cheese, whole wheat tortillas, refried jalapeƱo beans, a Knorr Mexican rice side, chicken, green bell pepper and mixed greens. It was out of this world for trail food.
